Row or AD x 2 minutes, easy
then,
Two Sets of:

5 x Wall Facing Squats
10 x Squats
5 x KB Goblet Squats
10 x Walking Lunges
5 x Strict Pull-Ups
10 x Push-Ups

then,

A. Front Squat, E2MOM x 12 minutes; x 2-3

* Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets) perform 2-3 FS.
* Build each set working to a heavy double or triple.

B. 6 Minute EMOM

3 x Hang Power Clean (135/95)
6 x Burpee Over the Barbell
6 x Hang Power Clean
9 x Burpee OTB
9 x Hang Power Clean
12 x Burpee OTB
… continue adding 3 reps to each
element until time expires

C. EMOM x 6 Minutes

Even: Supine Ring Rows x 8-10; @ 2111
Odd: FLR x :45 seconds
