10 x Fwd Lunge elbow-to-instep
5 x Hanging shoulder shrug
5 x Scapular Prep
50ft Broad Jump land soft in squat
5 x BB Strict Press
5 x BB Push Press

Conditioning

Three Sets of:

12-9-6
Pull-Ups
SD Box Jumps (24/20)
Push Press (95/65)

Finish each set with:
100m Sprint
100m Sandbag Sprint (60/40)
