Warm-Up

Two Sets of:
40-50 Double Unders, or 150 singles
6 x KB Face Scapers (35/18)
8/leg x Mountain Climbers
- pause for 2 count each rep
10 x Arm Haulers
5/side x Iron Cross

then, with barbell:
5 x Muscle Clean
5 x Front Squats
5 x Hang Power Clean
5 x Front Squats

Strength

Power Clean x 1 + Front Squat x 2
Take 20 minutes to build to a heavy set

Conditioning

10 Minute Amrap
- Increase by 3-reps every round
3 x Wall Ball Shot (20/14)
3 x KBS (53/35)
3 x Burpee
6 x Wall Ball Shot
6 x KBS
6 x Burpee
