Reverse Lunges
10 x GHD Extensions, 2-count
hold at top
10 x Push-Ups
:30 second Hollow Rock
7 x KB Goblet Squats

Conditioning

6 minute Amrap
200m Row
15 x Slam Ball (20/15)

Rest 3 minutes, then

6 minute Amrap
30 x Double Unders
10 x Ring Dips

Rest 3 minutes, then

6 minute Amrap
5 x Burpees
10 x Walking Lunges
10 x Calorie AD
