Agility Warm-Up, led by Coach
then,
Partner MB Warm-Up: (use 6-12# ball)
Chest Toss x 10
Squat and Toss x 10
Overhead Toss x 10
Alternating Lunge & Toss x 10
Underhand Toss x 10
Side Toss x 8/side
1-leg Chest Toss x 10/leg

A:
Teams of Two will alternate tasks to
complete the following 12 Minute Amrap of:

8 x Alternating DB Snatch (55/35)
8 x SD Box Jumps (24/20)
150m Run

Rest 8 Minutes before B.

* For A & B, P1 will do first task while P2 rests, when P1 finishes, then P2
goes. Continue alternating tasks until each partner finishes a complete round.
Continue for 12 minutes, scoring total rounds completed as a Team, and any
additional reps.

* It’s possible for one partner to complete Rx and the other one scaled,
if enough equipment is available.  Otherwise, partners must agree on
weights and box height.

B:
Teams of Two will alternate tasks to
complete the following 12 Minute Amrap of:

8 x DB Goblet Squats (50/30)
15/10 x Push-Ups
100m KB Farmer Carry (2p/1.5p)
