For time:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Unbroken pull-ups

10 minute time cap, must break
between each set

* Rx+ = CTB Pull-Ups
* If you break a set you must start at the beginning of the set.
* This is only for those that can do at least 10 unbroken pull-ups
* Scaling options will be on the gym whiteboard
* If you pass the time cap, score each remaining rep as a second.

Rest 12 minutes, then

OPEX Winter Classic Wod #2

For time:
40 Back squats (75/45#)
40 Row calories
30 Front squats (75/45#)
30 Row calories
20 Overhead squats (75/45#)
20 Row calories

Penalty of 12 x Bar-facing burpees
per break during any of the squats
