3 xWall Climbs (outside)
8 x Forward Lunge Elbow-to-Instep
5 x 1-Arm KB OH Squat (ea. arm/pick a light weight)
Side Plank x 45 seconds R/L
then:
“Rambling Rose”
5 Rounds with alternating reps of:
Double Unders, 50-40-30-20-10
Kettlebell Swing, 40-30-20-10-5 (53/35)
DB Reverse Lunge, 12-16-20-24-28 (55/35) – hold 1-DB in Goblet position
Rest 45 seconds b/n each round
Subtract 3 minutes from your clock time to get you final wod time.
