
My GORCUCK Selection Class 000. We started with 18 and finished with 8. So proud to have been a part of this team. Words cannot describe what we went through both physically and mentally for 54 hours. There were many highs and lows, met several demons, and found the deepest part of one's soul and at the end, I believe, became better men for it. I personally would like to thank several of you who supported me through this. It meant so much to see the comments some of you made during the course of the weekend. I couldn't imagine returning from this event and having to tell everyone I didn't make it through. I feel like I would have let you all down, so that was always in the back of my mind during the event. Motivation is a potent ally in the darkest of times, and I had plenty of it.
Warm-Up

Coach’s Notes: Each athlete will use only ONE bar. However, have all of the weight available that you will need to change the loads for each of the three barbell lifts. For the box jump overs you can jump on the box and over to the other side. Scale loads as necessary. Be smart about your choices.
