Before progressing into this advanced gymnastics movement, we recommend that the athlete meet the following criteria:
5-8 Strict Unbroken Pull-Ups
10-15 Unbroken Kipping Pull-Ups
5-8 Strict Unbroken Ring Dips
10-15 Unbroken Kipping Dips
