In this episode Coach Jordan takes us from the low rings in our last episode to the high rings in preparation for the Muscle-Up.
Drills demonstrated are the Jumping Negative Muscle-Up, Beat Swings, and Swinging High Pulls. Master these and you’re almost there. You’ll just need to hit the transition as you shoot your head through into the dip position.
