Kettlebell Progressions – The 1-Arm Snatch
Once the basic Kettlebell Swing has been mastered, you can progress into more advanced KB exercises. In this video, the first on a series of Advanced KB movements, we demonstrate the 1-Arm KB Swing, the DARC Swing, and finally our last progression, we’ll move into the KB 1-Arm Snatch.
We cover the proper progressions of taking a KB overhead when doing the snatch, and how to bring it back down to reload into a multi-rep set. As with any exercise, all progressions must be mastered before moving onto the more advanced ones.
