A:
Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1 – Dumbbell Death March x 16-20 steps @ 2011
Station 2 – Forearm plank x 1 Minute
Station 3 – 150-Foot Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry (75-feet each arm)

* Record load used for Death March
* Record Bottoms Up load in comments
* add weight to the plank if you can
* Bottoms Up Carry – hold KB tucked in to the shoulder,
if you can go overhead go for it

B:
4 Sets for reps of:

30 seconds — Slam Ball
30 seconds — Rest
30 seconds — DB Push Press
30 seconds — Rest

* Score total reps across all 4 sets
