So you’d like to give us a shot. Here’s what you do. First, we encourage everyone to try a class out, on us. Free of charge. Click here to sign up now. Once you’ve decided that we are what you are looking for then you can sign up for our Fundamentals class. All new members are required to go through Four Fundamental sessions. Each session will introduce new skills and exercises. These classes run every two weeks, meaning a new class starts up at the beginning and middle of every month. Spots are limited and there is a capped number of athletes for each Fundamentals class. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. If there is enough interest we will also open a Monday and Wednesday 9am Fundamentals class. If you can not make these sessions you can schedule one-on-one sessions with one of our coach’s. Prices will vary, however.
Over the course of the four days you and other new members will learn the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will also be exposed to brief CrossFit workouts, with the intensity gradually increasing, each class. Each new member will be given a Success Journal to record all of your personal records and workout information. Nutrition basics will also be covered during these classes.
Once you have completed all four Fundamentals classes you are now ready to join our regular CrossFit classes. Prices of our membership packages and Fundamentals classes will be discussed after your Free trial session.
Testing Out of Fundamentals: If you have been doing CrossFit for a while and feel confident and comfortable performing the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, basic gymnastics movements, and Olympic lifts, you can request to test out of our Fundamentals class and gain immediate access to our Group Coaching Sessions. Contact us to schedule a time to come in and demonstrate your competence with one of our coaches. We have extremely high standards, so if you are unsure as to whether you are a candidate for testing out, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Fundamentals.
