What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is an empirically driven, clinically tested, and community developed strength and conditioning program. Our fitness program aims to improve your capacity in all 10 General Physical Fitness Domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Each workout is scaled by load and intensity matching each individual’s abilities.
Finally, Our community is a group of ordinary folks doing extraordinary things. We believe CrossFit provides a platform to empower individuals to conquer the seemingly impossible. CFL is a diverse community of individuals. We have moms, dads, fire fighters, police officers, and military personnel. We have members who are old, young, and everywhere in between. The things they share are motivation, hard work, honesty, and integrity. These are not catch phrases or useless adjectives. These are the characteristics that we have built our business and community upon.
