At CrossFit Lakeland, we build better humans - one body at a time. Our programming offers a holistic approach to building a solid foundation of strength and cardiorespiratory endurance. (In layman’s terms – you won’t just look better, you’ll BE better.)

Our experienced coaches lead you through structured workouts with minute-by-minute progressions. All along the way, we’ll be checking to make sure you’re advancing like you should be. The attention to detail you’ll receive at CrossFit Lakeland is unlike anything else you’ve ever experienced at a gym. We take your success seriously, and it shows!

CrossFit Lakeland also has three Certified Athletic Trainers and one Physician Assistant on staff. Athletic trainers (ATs) are highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.

Our Facility

CrossFit Lakeland’s 7,200-square-foot facility is your home for functional fitness in Lakeland. Our spacious gym is well-stocked with top-tier CrossFit equipment, so you never have to waste your time waiting around for a machine or bar. We also offer a cryotherapy chamber and recovery room to supplement your CrossFit workouts.

Got kids? Bring them! Our "Kids Safezone" is the perfect spot for your little ones to hang out while you focus on yourself – you deserve it!
